The perfect amount of time for a deep immersion. Six days allow you to move beyond the surface and experience Alsace at a leisurely pace, absorbing the culture, the villages, and the local rhythm without the rush of conventional itineraries.
Cycle touring
A perfect balance between movement and contemplation. We cover 25 to 55 km per day, at an accessible intermediate level: although e-bikes make the journey easier and don't require prior experience with motors, a good grasp of the bicycle is all you need to enjoy the ride with complete confidence.

Day 1 - Arrival
TUESDAY / 5 KM SXB
Your journey begins with the comfort of a personalized welcome and accommodation at one of our selected hotels. After check-in, we begin our immersion with an exclusive two-wheeled tour of Strasbourg, revealing the charms and secrets of the Alsatian capital from a privileged perspective.
As evening falls, we celebrate the beginning of this experience with a special welcome toast, followed by a gourmet dinner where we introduce the flavors that will accompany us over the next few days. It's the perfect time to connect with the group and tune into the rhythm of the region.

Day 02
WEDNESDAY / 55KM – SXB – OBERNAI
We cycled along the serene banks of a historic canal, leaving the city behind and heading towards the countryside. A day of fascinating discoveries: from German military heritage to the spirituality of ancient monasteries, passing through the avant-garde legacy of the Bugatti family.
Between visits to world-renowned artisans and tastings of local delicacies, we reveal Alsace in its many facets. The journey culminates in a celebratory toast upon arrival in the charming town of Obernai.

Day 03
THURSDAY / 48KM – OBERNAI – ST HIPPOLYTE
We started the day immersing ourselves in the aromas of one of the region's sweetest traditions, "pain d'épices," followed by an exclusive visit to a refined 18th-century villa to understand how the Alsatian bourgeoisie lived.
Lunch takes place in the heart of the Wine Route, where typical cuisine finds its perfect pairing. We will also sample craft beers, a German tradition well-regarded in the region. In the afternoon, the scenery takes on a dramatic air: amidst the ruins of a medieval castle, we witness a majestic spectacle of birds of prey. We end the day with a toast and dinner at our hotel with beautiful views over the vineyards.

Day 04
FRIDAY / 40 KM – ST HIPPOLYTE – KAYSERSBERG
We cycled through the region's most famous vineyards, on a day dedicated to fine dining and postcard-perfect landscapes. Among artisanal jams and local cheeses, we arrived in Ribeauvillé for an exclusive tasting at one of Alsace's most renowned wine cellars.
The highlight is atop one of the most beautiful Grands Crus, offering an unforgettable panoramic view. In the afternoon, free time to marvel at Riquewihr, the 'Pearl of Alsace', before we end the day in the enchanting atmosphere of Kaysersberg.

SATURDAY / 30 KM – KAYSERSBERG – COLMAR
A day of great prospects: from atop a historic necropolis, we contemplate the Rhine Valley before delving into the memories of World War II. The journey continues to an ancient medieval castle, which today houses the secrets of local viticulture.
Lunch is a celebration of life: an exclusive picnic with artisanal products in the heart of one of the region's most beautiful Grands Crus. After tastings in a renowned wine cellar, we cycle towards the iconic Colmar, where the beauty of the canals welcomes us for the penultimate chapter of this journey.

Day 06
SUNDAY / NO BIKE DAY
We dedicated our last day to contemplation and savoring the food, trading our bicycles for the comfort of a more relaxed pace. We began with a guided tour of Colmar's canals and vibrant colors, followed by a traditional lunch celebrating the region's generous cuisine.
In the afternoon, we explored the grandeur of Haut-Koenigsbourg, the most imposing medieval castle in France, where history comes alive within its walls and panoramic views. We concluded the journey with a tasting at a prestigious wine cellar before returning to Strasbourg for a farewell dinner, celebrating the memories and friendships built along the way.
