No. On all our routes, we offer customers the option of riding an e-bike or a bicycle without electric assistance, so that everyone can choose their desired level of exertion.

No. E-bikes make cycling much easier, and you'll receive quick guidance before you start. However, it's essential that you know how to ride a bicycle safely.

The minimum age is 18, as some of our partners require customers to be of legal age for safety reasons and due to bicycle size constraints. Additionally, Alsacia Bike & Wine tours include wine tastings.

There is no age limit. As long as the person is able to ride an e-bike, they are very welcome. Note: at the time of booking, the client will receive a medical and dietary questionnaire to complete.

The groups are small, from 6 to 12 people, to ensure safety and a more personalized service.

The tours are conducted even in cloudy weather or light rain. In case of heavy rain or conditions that compromise safety, the tour may be altered or rescheduled (1-day tours).

Yes, all our tours are guided. You will be guided by a Brazilian guide accredited in Alsace, and accompanied by a Brazilian sommelier also trained in Alsace. Both – with extensive experience in the region – will ensure you have the best possible immersion in the local culture, enjoying incredible landscapes, charming places, tasting local gastronomy and wines, and learning about the region's history firsthand.

Each tour is classified with a specific difficulty level. You will find this detailed information on each circuit's page, where we also indicate the duration and distance. This way, you can choose the perfect tour for your fitness level.

At the time of booking, we will send you a short questionnaire to understand any dietary restrictions you may have. Whenever possible, we will offer suitable alternatives so that you can fully enjoy the experience.

Absolutely! All Alsace Bike & Wine tours include tastings, as grape cultivation and winemaking traditions are part of the history and culture of Alsace and the Black Forest. However, it is not necessary to consume wine to participate. We will have options specially designed for those who don't drink, so that everyone can enjoy the tour.
